Forest walks

The nearby 5-kilometer forest track is possibly the best place to go walking in Istanbul. The path is in a state-protected nature park. In summer, the high branches of the trees around the track join up to provide it with full shade. Motorized vehicles are not permitted to enter this natural wonder. There are no noises or sounds around the track besides the singing of birds.

Our expert instructors host morning and afternoon walking programs. Many guests participate in these popular walks.

The sports instructor individually prepares the walking program based on the age, weight, and fitness levels of the guests. The second walking track is a 3-kilometer path in Polonezköy village. Those individuals whose health conditions do not allow long walks can stroll around the pool.

Fitness Activities

The fitness center of our hotel contains a full range of sports equipment. Our sports instructor organizes gymnastics, Pilates, yoga, aerobics, and other activities at noon every day. The fitness center is open 24/7 to enable you to carry out the exercises our sports instructor recommends for you.

Swimming and Water Aerobics

Depending on the season, our sports instructor holds water sports sessions in either the outdoor or indoor pool, which is heated to 27 degrees Celsius. Our guests can use the pools at any time.

We also offer tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, as well as a billiards hall.
